I had a telephone consultation with Dr Sargur very recently and found him to be extremely professional, and well prepared with regards to the details of my referral. His took a very systematic approach during the consultation, asking many questions and listening carefully to my symptoms and concerns. I came away from the 45 min appointment with a clear view of the next steps, the possible diagnosis and immediate follow on treatment. The experience was a very positive one. Dr Sargur is a friendly and approachable and I felt I was in safe hands.

Dr Sargur was very friendly, professional, informative, gave clear explanations and was respectful. He shared his screen for me to see examples of urticaria and has gone through all immune disorders to explain why and how he identified my condition. He was also reassuring and supportive with lots of empathy.

Dr Ravishankar Sargur is a Consultant Immunologist at the Northern General Hospital.
